Repair and replace any wood rot (extra Carpentry cost may apply if substantial rot found)

Power sanding of surfaces to be painted.

Window putty rectification or removal and replacement.

Prime raw timber or anywhere else that requires it.

Filling surface cosmetic degradation's. Using approved EXTERIOR grade timber fillers of premium quality and cost, we smooth out timber surfaces before we paint them. Patience before paint.
