Yes, RPPL machines parts straight from the bar depending on customer drawings, but also machines pre-existing parts that require specific work.
RPPL has several different types of CNC turning centers, CNC turn mills, VMC machines, CNC surface grinders, CNC cylindrical grinders and several SPMs. Additionally, we carry a wide array of quality testing equipment such as Vernier gauges, micrometers, dial/bore gauges, height gauges, pitch gauges, CMMs etc.
RPPL has 3 machining plants in India and one in Brampton, Ontario
Generally, our high volume work is done through our machining facilities in India to ensure maximum cost competitiveness. The Canadian machining facility is dynamic and handles both low and high volume work. It is ideal for customers looking for a high volume on-shore solution. As such, we generally do not specify minimum order quantities. Through our Canadian facility work we also offer rapid prototyping services.
