2.Keep moving! Ten minutes of activity here and there adds up throughout the day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park at the back of the parking lot, do jumping jacks during commercials ... There are plenty of ways to sneak in extra movement!

 

3.Plan ahead. It can be hard to eat healthy when you don't have healthy food on hand, so planning ahead is key. Keep healthy foods close by - fruit on your desk or in your bag will help curb cravings and keep you going throughout the day.
