Four types of dental savings plans are made available for patients. The patient will have to pay $365 for the single plan. The dual plan is for parent/children or husband/wife only. The patient can choose a dual plan for $714. Two types of family plans are also available. For a family of three, the dental savings plan will cost $1,038. For a family of four, the dental savings plan can be chosen for $1,338. For each additional person, $199 has to be paid by the patient to receive the benefits of the dental coverage. The family plan will comprise all immediate family members / legal dependent(s) 18 or younger living in the same household as the primary member regardless of student status.
In the dental savings plan, patients can enjoy one comprehensive exam each, one annual examination, and one emergency exam that can be used anytime during the year. It also consists of two non-periodontal-based cleanings. Furthermore, it features two oral cancer screenings, two fluoride teeth desensitizing treatments, four bitewing x-rays, and any individual x-rays required throughout the year. The dental coverage also includes a panorex or full-mouth series of x-rays which the patient can take once every five years.
Patients will get discounts for various dental treatments. Patients will receive a discount of 15% for CT scans or 3D imaging scans. The patient will also be eligible for a 15% discount on additional dental cleanings, fillings, dental sealants, oral surgery, core buildups, and root canals. Patients also get a 15% discount for crowns, veneers, periodontics, implants, dentures, and partials. If the patient chooses to go ahead with Invisalign treatment, they will get $500 off on the treatment if they choose one of the four dental coverage plans. Similarly, the patient can also choose teeth whitening treatment for $325.
