Cause and Reason QuickBooks Error 193 

There are various reasons that can cause this QuickBooks error code 193 to occur. 

You have a department code or name that matches your software. Corrupted small QB company file. The customer name has been deleted or merged. The remote store where the PO Box was transferred has a corrupted or corrupted customer list. Corrupted or corrupted .QBT file.

Intuit experts suggest several solutions to help you resolve error code 193 in QuickBooks. 

Solution 1: Email bag 

Open the Reports tab on the QuickBooks desktop. 

Run the report on the  customer list. 

Select the first customer and double-click it. 

When the details of the first customer are displayed on the screen, go to the View List section above. 

Older versions v9 will open a new customer list. 

Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all. 

After selecting all  customers from the list, select the required option to delete the customer. 

On the headquarters server, go to the file 

Select Utilities and  press Resend 

Press the "Resend" option and then get your mail bag at a remote store. 

Solution 2: Send the mail bag to the head office 

If the above solutions do not resolve the issue and you continue to receive QuickBooks error 193, try  the following solutions. 

If there is an error on the receiving side of the remote store, you need to send a mail bag to  the headquarters. 

Send your mail bag and you will receive it. 

At a remote store, go to the customer menu and select the customer list. 

Click Hope for one customer at a time, then press Remove until you want to remove all  customers from the list.  

The most important customer data records are stored at headquarters and resent from there. 

Or, if you have too many customers, do the following: 

For versions 10 and 2013: Select the first customer in the list and press  Shift. 

Next, you need to select the last customer from the list.  

For version 9: Press CTRL + A  to highlight all  customers.  

On the headquarters server, go to File.  

Select Utilities and  press Resend.  

Press the "Resend" option and then get your mail bag at a remote store.
