Everybody is different and the number of hours training/practice expected to reach the right normal for the driving test will vary from individual to person. In my knowledge, how many hours required for the average indivdual varied between 25 to 35. Certainly, many people is going to do that faster and the others longer. Much depends upon any previous path experience (had operating instructions formerly, pushed a moped/motorbike), their degree of spatial awareness (the capability to decide range, pace and angles) and any individual exercise they could undertake. Some people take to driving like a duck to water, others do not!
Intense operating courses are simply just having that quantity of hours in a smaller period. That would be over a couple of days a couple weeks or longer. "Great! My driving licence in a week!" - definitely not so. If you take to and get state, 40 hours of education performed in per week, the week will be really powerful and possibly demanding for you. Now, many people can cope with this 5 hour driving class online and others not. If you're someone that will struggle with that velocity of learning and tension, then may very well not prepare yourself for your test at the conclusion of this week.
Many people embrace a 'middle of the road' strategy and have state, 10 hours in weekly (2 hours per day). That way, as the training is spread around four weeks, they have more time and energy to take in and digest the brand new information and operating skills they are learning. However, four weeks is better than 1 lesson per week over 40 days!
