Given the comprehensive nature of the professional responsibilities that a SDET is expected to undertake; it is important to understand the way in which Data Structures and Algorithms are useful for SDETs. Such knowledge is critical for fixing as well as reviewing errors by building systems for extracting bugs. Moreover, knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms is useful for SDETs in terms of being able to showcase one’s ability to come up with multiple approaches for solving problems.
