How to Get Ready For the CLAT GK
There are 150 questions on the CLAT test. In the CLAT, the General Knowledge section has 35–39 questions, which cover both static general knowledge and current events. It is an important part of the test because it helps save time. You can use this to your advantage and use the extra time for another part of the test. Current events are the big things that people hear about in the news over the course of a year. When it comes to Static GK, it can come from anywhere. At least 30 out of the 39 questions should be the goal.

Give GK at least an hour of your time every day:
Early on, it might take you longer to read, but as you go along, it won't take more than an hour. Most of the students think they know about the subject, but they can't remember the answer. For this, they need to review often and spend at least 20 to 30 minutes going over their old notes.
Randomly reading GK is not the answer:
Instead, you need to keep regular notes that will help you read and review GK well. Most importantly, don't try to read GK before going to sleep or class. When wake up in the morning or after a break from studying is the best time to study because you are more alert and will be able to understand and remember the material better.
The key is what you are reading:
To prepare for CLAT GK, you can't just read the newspaper at random. It needs to be organised like any other subject. It may be dull and time-consuming at times, but it will help you do well on your tests. Try writing down important news stories in a book so that you can review them two or three days before your CLAT exam.

This section can mess up a student's life if they don't follow some simple rules when taking a practice test or real exam. Don't forget that this part needs to be done in 10 minutes, and you should spend more time on it. Most students get stuck in general knowledge (GK) when they don't know the answer or can't remember it. Too much time is spent trying to remember the answer. In GK, it's clear whether you know the answer or not. If you know the answer, you should mark it quickly. If you don't know the answer, you have to make a quick decision about whether or not to answer.
