Steam Trap:
Steam trap is used to remove the condensate from the system. The main purpose of the steam trap is to hold back the steam while allowing the condensate to flow through the system in which the steam trap is fixed. The live steam is converted into condensate allowing it to flow. It discharges air and other gases while not permitting the live steam escape. Steam traps are used wherever condensation takes place.
