Idle Trough Workers
Carry idlers come in various designs, the most common of which is the troughing idler. Trough idlers are usually constructed with three to five idler rollers and mounted on the conveyor belt's carry side. A more consistent cross-section is provided by the 5-roll idler, which ultimately results in a higher net carrying capacity. A single centre idler roll and two sets of wing idlers on each side make up the 3-roll arrangement.
Flat Return Idlers

Impact idlers were developed specifically for the loading sections of the conveyor belt, which are high-risk zones for belt damage because of the falling material and the constant hits. Impact rollers are designed to absorb impact pressures, assisting in preventing damage to the conveyor belt, idler frame, and other structures in the surrounding area.
Idlers for Training and Return
During operations, training return idlers will detect any misalignment in the conveyor belt and rectify it. This will ensure that the belt will track precisely at the tail end of the conveyor.
