This magical hot air balloon experience is one of Dubai's most unique and unforgettable must-do activities. Watch the sunrise and float above golden desert dunes at heights of up to 3,000 feet.
Tour Details:
The pick-up time is between 03:30. m. and 5:00 m., depending on location.
Flight time approx. 30 to 60 minutes between 05:30 and 08:00 depending on weather conditions.
The balloon will hover in the air for 30-60 minutes depending on weather conditions.
Delivery time approx. in the middle, 08:00 M. to 09:00 M. return to the hotel, depending on the location of the hotel and traffic.
Instructions will be given by the pilot and the operating team.

Hot air ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity that uses rural properties that may be uneven or overgrown for takeoff and landing. Although the flight is smooth, landings can be bumpy and sometimes the basket can be left on its side with passengers lying flat for a short time. Please ask if you have any concerns. The end-of-flight packing tasks are optional and we would appreciate your help with these fun activities. However, they do involve some lifting and participation is completely voluntary. Less physically fit passengers are encouraged to step back and take photos of the fun.
Routes, pick-up and drop-off times:
Times stated in brochures, websites, emails, over the phone or by other means are approximate and are subject to change depending on sunrise time and exact pick-up location. They may be earlier or later than described and you can get a closer time by reconfirming with us the day before travel.
There may be some minor delays on the morning of travel if people need to be picked up before your delay or if there are traffic jams, which are beyond our control. Every effort will be made to contact you if we are going to be more than 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.

General mobility:
It is a requirement of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the company that passengers traveling with the operator must be able to board the basket without assistance so that in the event of an emergency, passengers can also get out of the basket without help.
The side of the basket is approx. 1.1 meters high with two support points for passengers to use as a ladder when climbing into the basket. Operator personnel will be present to supervise passengers entering the basket, but are not permitted to actively assist passengers into the basket.
