Precision, low-power, 16-bit, I 2C-compatible ADS1115-Q1 analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) in a VSSOP-10 package A low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator are included in the ADS111x-Q1 devices. A programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital comparator are also included in the ADS1114-Q1 and ADS1115-Q1. The ADS111x-Q1 is ideal for power and space-constrained sensor measurement applications because to these qualities and a wide operating supply range.
The ADS111x-Q1 converts data at up to 860 samples per second (SPS). The PGA delivers precision large- and small-signal measurements with input ranges ranging from 256 mV to 6.144 V.
