According to the master plan, Blue Town Smart City Block consists of residential plots of 3,5,8,10, and 20 marlas as well as business plots measuring 3,5 and 8 marlas. The town's primary boulevards are 120 feet wide, with streets that are more than 40 feet wide. There will be underground energy, a cutting-edge water supply, and a sewage system.
Mr. Sheikh Nuri Muhammad Ahmad Ali, the Roza-e-Rasool S.A.W. key holder, attended the Blue Town Smart City Block's launch event, which took place on the Blue Town grounds. The project is broken up into phases, each with its own set of plot types and sizes.
