There were too many bots running RuneScape Membership at AZs. I could barely make 50k/hr there. Many slayer tasks provide more than 80k xp/hour. I don't know of a single slayer activity that provides 80kxp/hr. Just click at the right time on AZS and you'll never have a problem. It's not that people don't bot slayer as well.
I am currently at 100k exp from 99 woodcutting and I was just going to get a Saradomin sword. But I figured I might as well make a topic here to see the opinions of everyone regarding whether I should invest in the ss or BGS, which means they're both at the same cost at the moment. I own a whip and dragon defender at the moment but I'm not able to train for strength using them, and I'd rather have 2h weapons. In fact, I'm hitting pretty much identically with a ss as I do with the whip anyways.
That's right, I'm about the get 99 woodcutting I'm bored of doing. Therefore, I'm likely to play some pvp related mini-games. For example, clan wars. Also, I could do some cash-making and quests along with some training every occasionally. I've never "grinded" or "spun" whatever I wanted to do. Thus, I am sane by cutting wood for months on end. There's nothing better than grinding than killing each other off.
I am aware that the ss is recommended for training, however, the bgs is more for bosses and pking. This will turn to the ss. However, as I mentioned, I haven't been posting since a while and was looking for some reason to get back on the forum and probably, with my levels not reaching 80, it will end up going to an ss. But it's still a good idea to have a conversation. After I finish the 100k exp in woodcutting I am going to make some cash in blue dragons using the whip for a while. Thank you, and if have a suggestion for a new weapon please let me know.
It's my opinion that you should always OSRS GP be training with slayers The time shouldn't be too time to achieve 70 points in just a couple of days, depending on how long you play each day.
