Thalapathy Vijay's Jallikattu Video gets 1 Million views in Twitter.
On Jan 17 2017, Tamil actor Thalapathy Vijay released a video regarding Jallikattu, which was banned by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). After the video featuring the star was released on internet, it gone viral and many celebrities from tamil industries came up with their voice against PETA.

The star was currently busy in MERSAL shooting at that time. Due to this video, PETA initiated Animal Welfare NOC cinema censor board to remove a scene featuring VIJAY and Pigeon. Due to this issue, talk in the town was that the movie will not release on Diwali 2017. After all issues cleared, the movie was screened and was one of the biggest hit in Tamil Industry collecting 250 CRs.
