Citi Housing Kharian; What You Need To Know

Citi Housing Kharian deals in different categories and plots as per the investors’ and buyers’ feasibility and affordability. For the ease of the buyers, society has divided the plots accordingly. 

There are plots available in different sizes, such as 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal at a 20% down payment with an installment plan of 12 quarterly.  A discount of 5% will be offered on full payment.

The mentioned payment plan applies to all non-category plots. An extra amount of 10% will be charged for any category plot, such as the corner plot, main boulevard, or the one facing the park. All these charges are inclusive of developmental charges. No processing fee is being charged.
