DICE, a Swedish video game developer, and Electronic Arts (EA), an American video game company, finally lifted up the curtain on the next version of the Battlefield franchise: a gigantic, upcoming, fascinating title “Battlefield 2042”. And undoubtedly, developers expected that this version will let gamers forget all about Battlefield V. There are also updated modes, and existing ones will be revived so that former players can continue to enjoy their favorite activities. It is the first mainline Battlefield game since Battlefield 2 that does not feature a campaign.

EA publicized that Battlefield 2042 will join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (via EA Access) with the commencement of Season 3.
