Kundalini Yoga Syllabus
Level 1 Kundalini Course
In the level I Traditional Kundalini Yoga Course, participants will practice selected Asanas (postures) in combination with Pranayama (breath work), Kumbhaka (breath retention) and the Bija (seed) mantras of the Chakras. This will prepare the practitioner for the next level of Kundalini practice.
Level 2 Kundalini Course
In the level II Traditional Kundalini Yoga Course, participants will perform the Asanas with the help of Pranayama (breathwork), Kumbhaka (breath retention), Mudras, Bandhas (body locks) and the Seed Mantras of Chakras.
