The recreational Sidemount course is a course designed to familiarise you with diving the sidemount configuration. This is a 2 day course that consists of 3 parts:
Theory: We will cover the history of Sidemount, what its used for, and the different configurations.
Practical: We will go through setting up the system to fit your body then jusmp into some shallow water to teach you how to use it safely.
