Being highly skilled, the anaesthesia procedure in the epidural space is quite challenging. As a result, a medical accident occurs, necessitating extensive training. Medical technology that offers precise and safe treatment services is being developed in an effort to lower these medical accidents. In order to provide accurate and safe anaesthesia in the epidural space, this paper suggests a Smart Syring design. In order to measure the electrical sensing waveform during anaesthesia, the Smart Syring uses a sensor rather than the hand's sense of touch, and it also uses external monitoring to show the needle's position. A force sensor, actuator, and CPU were used to create a Smart Syring, and a 3D printer was used to create the outer shape. A test on animals was measured the needle insertion process of the Smart Syring and the position of the needle through the animal experiment in order to evaluate the performance test of the Smart Syring, and satisfactory results were obtained.
