BUSINESS MEETINGS

CHOOSE YOUR VENUE
If you've decided to choose a professional venue for your event, begin by thinking about the fundamentals: location, guest count, theme, and budget. All of our fantastic special event locations and their amenities are conveniently accessible online.
Once you've narrowed down your top selections, schedule an in-person tour of the space(s). When you visit a venue, you will not only learn about the ins and outs of the space, but you will also meet the team that will be handling your event. While you can gather a lot of information online, nothing quite replaces the feeling you get when you walk into a room.
Consider your space requirements as well as the flow of your event. If you're arranging a small neighborhood gathering, you might only want a modest meeting area with tables, seats, and refreshments. If you're throwing an anniversary celebration, start with cocktails outside, then move inside for seated dinner with AV equipment for a surprise slideshow.
