The next few months of planned improvements for Lost Ark have been revealed in a blog post(opens in new tab). Most interesting include two new advanced classes. The first, which will be available in April is the glaivier. It's fighting artist who engages in polearm combat (in this Korean version she's known as the lance master). The glaivier switch between a flurry stance with spears as well as a focus position using the more extended glaive. It can also summon whirlwinds and teleport. In May the glaivier will be joined by the destroyer, an ape-like warrior with an unimaginably large hammer capable of striking the ground with such force that it releases rock spikes(opens in a new tab) which pierce the enemies. Additionally, his hammer shoots lightning.
The April update adds an entirely new continent that you can quest in called South Vern, which was an area of barrenness until colonists used technology that was borrowed to make it green. You'll need to be item level 1340 to travel to South Vern.
