How to manually start a scan with Vipre Antivirus?
By the default feature VIPRE does scan automatically,performs a full scan at a certain time according to the user. It is always recommending for users to run a deep scan every week so that the system is out of any infected files or viruses. If users are not much involved with surfing or interaction than the antivirus must not be used most often but there are users whose work are conducted through web. So for those kind of users it is best to manually run the scan. If users are willing to scan with VIPRE manually than feel free to follow the steps mentioned below.
· User will have to open their VIPRE antivirus.
· Next place your mouse over the scan button.
· There will be a drop down option which will have Schedule scan.
· Next click on the Custom scan button.
· Custom scan allows user to scan over a specificfiles or a directory.
