Here are some famous people who have been diagnosed with FASD

Bill Cosby. The comedian and television star was born to a teenage mother who drank heavily during her pregnancy. He was later diagnosed with FASD and ADHD, which he says caused him to develop poor social skills and difficulty in school.

Wendy Melvoin (Prince). Prince's sister Wendy was diagnosed with foetal alcohol syndrome after suffering from brain damage, learning disabilities and facial abnormalities following their mother's heavy drinking during her pregnancy.

Dustin Hoffman (Rain Man). Dustin Hoffman's character in the 1988 film Rain Man was based on a real-life autistic savant named Kim Peek who suffered from FASD due to his mother's heavy drinking during her pregnancy.
