Bismuth is a white crystalline metal which occurs naturally in form of bismite or bismutite mineral. Bismuth bear a resemblance to lead in terms of the characteristics but unlike lead, bismuth is the least toxic heavy metal, on account of which it finds its applications in various types of industries such as chemical, cosmetics, and others.
