Signs That Cancer Begins in the Body

Cancer is one of the most dreaded diseases known to man. It takes the lives of millions worldwide, and millions more are diagnosed each year. Like all diseases, cancer is treatable; however, if left unchecked, it can lead to death. There are several ways cancer spreads. For instance, your oncologist may tell you that your cancer has spread to another body part, most commonly to the lungs. In this case, your primary care physician may also label your cancer as stage 3 lung cancer or metastatics.

The vast majority of cancer treatments rely on one principle: If the cancer is caught early enough, the cancer will likely be cured. However, some cancers - especially those that are not treated aggressively - may spread to other parts of your body and lead to death. Some cancers are easy to catch, such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, and colon cancer; others, such as melanoma, are not so easy to spot, especially if they are not associated with a spreads pattern. Therefore, the earlier you catch the disease - if possible - the better your chances of surviving the cancer treatment.

One reason cancer spreads so quickly is because the cancer cells themselves do not always die in the exact area of their formation. For instance, a tumor in your brain might not necessarily kill you right away, but if it were to spread to your liver or kidney, then it would kill those areas. As stated before, cancers that spread to other areas are known as metastatics. Cancer cells, which spread through different organs in your body, tend to spread at a much faster rate.

Cancer cells that metastasize frequently can no longer detect any type of tumor markers. If they detect them, then the cancer may simply move on to another area of your body, without producing any noticeable symptoms. Therefore, if you have a tumor that has spread out of your primary tumor (for example, if you have prostate cancer and it has spread into your liver), it could be months or even years before you begin feeling pain and discomfort. You might also begin to develop some strange symptoms, such as unexplained weight loss or abdominal discomfort. If you are concerned about any of these signs, then it is important to contact your physician immediately.

The blood contains many different types of cancer cells and tumor markers. These cancer cells can be detected from blood tests, but there are also some blood cells that remain undetected and therefore are not detected by routine blood tests. These cells exist in the bloodstream and are very dangerous if they enter the body, because they can attack healthy tissue. If you have cancer cells present in your bloodstream, then they could easily attack the healthy tissue in your body and cause cancer. Therefore, if you suspect that you may have some type of سرطان  in your blood, then you should talk to your doctor about ways to test for this.

Another sign that cancer is present in the human body is the appearance of new skin or hair growth. Sometimes, a person's body will create new skin or hair and then these new cells do not appear normal. However, some people develop very abnormal facial features or body growths. Other people develop tumors or masses on their organs. If you have any of these symptoms and are worried about developing cancer, then you should immediately contact your doctor to find out the cause of the problem.
