Saskatchewan Immigration Points

Saskatchewan Province of Canada invites migrants based on the points system. The right candidates are invited based on their overall Saskatchewan Immigration points scored. A minimum of 60 immigration points out of 100 on the Saskatchewan assessment grid is needed to apply under SINP International Skilled Worker (ISW) sub-category. The points are calculated for age, educational qualification, work experience, language ability, and adaptability factors. The selected candidate profiles are placed into the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool where the highest-ranking candidates are invited through regular SINP draws. 

Saskatchewan Express Entry    

Saskatchewan Express Entry is one of the International skilled worker streams under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) that is operated by the province. The candidates in the express entry pool who have experience in one of the Saskatchewan in-demand occupations are targeted for applying for Canadian permanent residence under this category. A job offer letter is not required to become eligible for SINP Express Entry linked stream. The candidates with the most competitive profiles are invited to apply for this program.

Saskatchewan Immigration Occupation List is the in-demand occupation list that mentions those occupations which are currently in-demand in the province and has labour shortage. The government of Saskatchewan on regular intervals updates its occupation list wherein some occupations are added or removed. The applicants applying through the SINP in-demand category must check their occupation before applying for the visa program. Well, these occupations are expected to be in-demand for the next five years at least.
